Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a seamless onboarding experience, the remote contract Data Analyst will proactively identify and resolve data-related onboarding issues, validate customer lists, and enhance operational readiness while collaborating with customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively validate customer onboarding lists to reduce failures and improve onboarding outcomes
• Support onboarding readiness activities through the creation and maintenance of customer-to-instrument pre-associations
• Monitor and manage support tickets related to onboarding and data validation to ensure timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in SAP, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, and CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed research and validation activities
• Experience in managing support tickets and coordinating cross-functional communications
• Familiarity with AI/web research tools for business validation and data verification
