Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Quality Payment Program Human-Centered Design Performance team, the full-time remote Data Analyst will leverage quantitative and qualitative data to improve business insights, create actionable dashboards, and manage digital analytics and user feedback mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy data layer specifications and manage analytics tagging processes across digital properties
• Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to generate insights and support service design improvements
• Monitor system performance and configure dashboards to correlate technical metrics with user experience impacts

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant analytics experience, or an advanced degree equivalent to 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in ETL processes and experience with large datasets using tools such as R, Python, SQL, or Excel
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms, including tagging and website analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex tasks in an Agile team environment
• Experience with both semi-structured and unstructured data, including data manipulation and cleaning
