Job Summary
To support a growing Revenue Operations team, the remote Data Analyst will develop business insights through data analysis, build and maintain dashboards, and collaborate across departments to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop hypotheses to analyze business performance and identify growth drivers
- Conduct analyses to provide insights into critical business questions and support financial forecasting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools to meet various departmental needs
Required qualifications
- Experience in data analytics or business analytics with strong SQL skills
- Knowledge and interest in the insurance industry
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives from start to finish
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Sigma
