Data Analyst
Job Summary
Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time Data Analyst will analyze business performance, develop reporting solutions, and partner with various departments to drive growth and operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze field service operations to improve productivity, service quality, and customer experience
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for operational improvements
