Data Analyst

Job Summary

Handling complex data requests and predictive modeling, the full-time Data Analyst will work remotely to analyze health management programs, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making for senior management and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze health management programs through data collection, validation, and outcome measurement
• Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, SQL, and Business Objects, interfacing with senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor data trends and execute data changes, while assisting in training lower-level Data Analysts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in statistical or data analysis, including data warehouse, coding, or ETL
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL queries is highly preferred
• Experience with Visual Studio SSIS and Power BI interface is preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
