Job Summary
Supporting workforce reporting and analytics, the full-time remote Data Analyst will manage reporting solutions, data insights, and operational support while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain workforce reports, dashboards, and recurring reporting processes
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure data accuracy and quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or related fields
- Experience with reporting or business intelligence platforms such as Workday Reporting, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong analytical and data validation skills
- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy
