Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support customer master data and operational data-quality initiatives, the part-time freelance Data Analyst will manage data entry, order monitoring, and issue resolution while working remotely for approximately 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage customer records within internal systems
- Investigate and resolve customer setup issues and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor orders and contribute to operational projects and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2.5+ years of experience in data entry, data operations, or a related field
- Strong customer-service skills with a focus on communication and issue resolution
- Experience validating data and troubleshooting data or system issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
