Data Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the data work behind accurate client billing, the full-time remote Data Analyst will reconcile billing data across internal systems, investigate discrepancies, and build documentation to ensure billing accuracy while partnering with the Client Group.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile and validate client billing data across multiple internal systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Build repeatable data-quality checks and documentation to strengthen billing processes
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analyses to surface billing trends and risks

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analytics, data, or finance-operations role
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and large-dataset manipulation
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases
• Demonstrated experience reconciling data across systems and resolving discrepancies
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy
