Job Summary

Leading the collection and analysis of employment outcomes data, the full-time remote Data Analyst will manage reporting processes for undergraduate and graduate programs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while developing strategic dashboards and metrics to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, manage, analyze, and report on employment data across multiple academic programs using various platforms
• Audit employment outcomes data for accuracy and quality, following up with students as necessary
• Develop key employment metrics and dashboards for leadership, identifying trends to enhance student career outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in data analytics, including advanced Microsoft Excel and Tableau skills
• Experience in project management, database management, or website management
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Commitment to confidentiality of student records and fostering inclusive working relationships
