Data Analyst
Job Summary
Owning analytics for one or more business areas, the full-time remote Data Analyst II will independently scope ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, analyze health-related data, and partner with cross-functional teams to influence telehealth service improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end analytics for designated business areas, from problem framing to delivering actionable recommendations
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Build and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to work independently through ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Zoho Analytics strongly preferred
