Job Summary
Partnering with product and technical teams, the full-time Data Analyst will manage data projects, support measurement and evaluation of programs, and ensure effective data use for decision-making, with the option to work remotely or from NAMI Headquarters in Arlington, VA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead data projects from discovery through delivery to meet objectives
- Develop quantitative and qualitative data measures to provide actionable insights across the organization
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure long-term outcomes and impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science, business analytics, statistics, public health, social sciences, or related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in mixed methods data analysis, including quantitative and qualitative data
- Strong technical skills with data analysis and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Familiarity with database systems and languages (e.g., SQL Server, BigQuery)
