Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Data Analyst will analyze business processes and key performance indicators, develop reports and dashboards, and present findings while working in a hybrid environment of 2 days onsite and 3 days remote in Duluth, GA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead data-related initiatives, including requirements gathering and analysis, to present findings clearly
- Develop analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and other tools to identify trends and insights
- Analyze data for discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while mentoring less experienced colleagues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, Data Science, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, MS Office (Excel, Access), and Power BI
- Experience with database management software and data gathering techniques
- Ability to perform complex data analysis and present findings logically
