Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation of SaaS products for hospital customers, the full-time remote Data Analyst will collect, validate, and analyze data from various healthcare database systems while engaging directly with clients and developing analytical solutions using business intelligence tools.
Key responsibilities
- Validate and analyze data using Excel to ensure data integrity from disparate systems
- Communicate data findings and troubleshoot technical issues with customers and internal teams
- Perform data extraction using SQL and develop solutions for ongoing reporting needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel for complex problem-solving and data trends
- Moderate experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
