Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Technical Operations, Service Operations, and Customer Success teams, the full-time Data Analyst will analyze fleet, service, and customer data to provide insights that enhance operational decisions and maintain service quality in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for fleet performance and key metrics across teams
- Analyze data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Automate reporting processes and ensure data quality and documentation as systems mature
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a data, analytics, or operations role
- Working proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and automation
- Proficiency with AI-assisted tools for analysis and reporting
- Experience with a BI/data visualization tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
