Data Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Analyst will analyze, extract, transform, validate, and reconcile healthcare-related data across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while collaborating with various internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data analysis, extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation using SQL and other data tools
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and automated processes to support reporting and data file generation
- Monitor data synchronization, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution of data integrity issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, ETL, database reporting, and reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, including complex queries and data validation
- Familiarity with Python, Windows batch scripting, and data processing tools
- Knowledge of healthcare member, provider, eligibility, and claims data preferred
