Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support an external workforce program, the remote contract Data Analyst will manage data collection, validation, and reconciliation across multiple enterprise systems, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the foundational dataset for approximately 4 months with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and analyze the master external workforce dataset using various systems
- Perform detailed worker-level data reconciliation and validation across multiple platforms
- Communicate weekly progress, risks, and findings to the program lead
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and VMS platforms
- Advanced Excel skills, including data cleansing and pivot tables
- Experience in procurement, finance, or P2P environments preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
