Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret health insurance claims data while building Power BI dashboards and creating custom reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain the company's data and analytics dashboards
- Perform analyses that support business decisions and guide the development of new programs
- Create custom reports and data extracts to meet client and internal business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience as a Data Analyst or related role; or a Master's degree in a related field
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to build complex queries and perform data analysis
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau or similar reporting and analytics tools
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Understanding of database concepts and data warehousing principles
