Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and delivery of the AssetPlanner software suite, the full-time Data Analyst will manage data entry, analysis, software configuration, client support, and training in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Enter and analyze data related to building structures and systems
- Respond to client requests for data updates, support, and configuration changes
- Assist in developing client-facing reports and presentations while performing quality assurance reviews of data
Required qualifications:
- University degree
- Experience working with data in an analyst role
- Background in facilities management, building science, or engineering is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office products
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications
