Job Summary
To support an enterprise healthcare client, the contract Data Analyst 5 will analyze health management programs, manage data collection and validation, and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze health management programs, including financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data
- Create and generate reports through various software tools and interface with senior management and stakeholders
- Gather business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues and execute necessary data changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, MS-Excel, and MS-Access
- Knowledge of healthcare data metrics, including HEDIS reporting
- Proficiency in data cleansing and reconciliation analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with management
