Data Analyst, ACO Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the ACO Operations team on a part-time contract basis, the Data Analyst will organize and analyze data, close submission gaps, and ensure accurate information for program requirements, all while working remotely for approximately 30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and analyze data to support the provider submission process and ACO Operations workflows
• Build and maintain structured datasets and tracking tools for team reporting, utilizing AI tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address provider submission and workflow gaps

Required qualifications

• Graduate student, recent graduate, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with Google Workspace products, particularly Google Sheets
• Proven experience in organizing, cleaning, and analyzing data across various formats
• Resourcefulness in gathering information using online tools and research methods
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
