Data Analyst Advisor

Job Summary

As a remote Advisor Data Analyst, the successful candidate will lead data analysis efforts in healthcare transformation, focusing on ETL, reporting, conversion, and interface development while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring the delivery of scalable data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data analysis by gathering requirements and developing technical specifications for ETL, reporting, and interface solutions
• Mentor and coordinate work assignments for data analysts, ensuring timely project delivery
• Analyze healthcare data and transformation requirements using SQL and data models to support accurate solution design

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare business analysis experience, preferably in Medicaid or claims/pharmacy processing environments
• 5+ years of technical and SQL experience in a data-focused environment
• 2+ years of project lead, mentoring, or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of QNXT/schema and healthcare domains including member, eligibility, and claims processing
• Experience with data mapping, conversion, interfaces, and requirements analysis
