Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business teams to understand data requirements and navigates complex datasets
• Conducts deep analysis of data sources related to medical claims and ensures data quality and accuracy
• Designs and implements automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and conducts data quality audits

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or reporting
• Experience with Snowflake or Azure cloud data warehouse technologies
• Proficient in SQL with skills in complex queries and ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts for data validation
• Familiarity with data movement processes and the ETL development lifecycle
