Data Analyst Associate

Job Summary

Supporting public sector partners, the full-time Associate (M&E Data Analyst) will clean and analyze data, create visuals, conduct research, and communicate insights to drive impactful program improvements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and conduct quality checks on data to ensure accuracy for analysis
• Analyze data to extract actionable insights and visualize findings for decision-making
• Communicate complex insights clearly through memos and presentations for diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in analytics, data science, or program evaluation
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with programming software (Stata, R, Python) preferred
• Knowledge of data warehousing, big data, and machine learning tools
• Business-level English skills and work authorization in the United States
