Data Analyst BI Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of analytics solutions, the full-time remote Data Analyst BI Developer will transform VA acquisition data into actionable intelligence through the Palantir Foundry platform, developing dashboards and reports for stakeholders while collaborating with data engineers and VA leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop analytical dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into contract performance and compliance metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements and prioritize data product development
• Build and maintain data models that unify acquisition data from multiple sources into a cohesive analytical view

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics and business intelligence development experience, with at least 3 years supporting federal government programs
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and query optimization for large-scale datasets
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using enterprise BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Palantir Foundry
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
