Data Analyst (Business Intelligence)

Job Summary

Owning and delivering analytics solutions, the full-time remote Data Analyst (Business Intelligence) will support operational and financial decision-making by ensuring the accuracy, usability, and reliability of data products while collaborating with various teams to develop scalable analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and key business drivers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success metrics
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports while writing and optimizing SQL queries

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Snowflake and SQL environments
• Strong SQL proficiency and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience with healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data
• Experience with ETL processes and pipelines
