Key Responsibilities

• Develop and share insights to enhance customer acquisition and retention
• Define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks for the team
• Design and execute A/B experiments to optimize product offerings and boost revenue

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue, retention, and customer lifecycle analytics, preferably in a B2B environment
• BA/BS in a quantitative field or behavioral science with statistical skills
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Strong sense of autonomy and ownership
• Experience with data analysis and mentoring other analysts
