Data Analyst, Dairy Solutions

Job Summary

Supporting the development and optimization of data queries and analytics pipelines, the full-time Data Analyst, Dairy Solutions will manage SQL queries, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective data solutions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, and optimize SQL queries to enhance dairy predictive algorithms and analytics
• Support the deployment and lifecycle management of dairy analytics by validating and transforming input data
• Perform data mapping and modeling to translate business requirements into accurate data specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with relational SQL databases, including query writing and optimization
• 2+ years of experience in animal agriculture, particularly dairy
• Experience in business or data analysis from requirements gathering to solution delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or related tools
