Job Summary
Partnering with business and technology teams, the full-time Data Analyst / Data Modeler will analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions within a modern Snowflake-based ecosystem, while working remotely or from the Minneapolis area.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
- Perform data profiling, discovery, and quality assessments across multiple data domains
- Collaborate with governance teams to support naming standards, data quality processes, and metadata management
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data modeling, data analysis, or data management
- Strong experience analyzing complex datasets and translating business requirements into data solutions
- Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Familiarity with metadata management, lineage, and data governance practices
