Key Responsibilities:

Perform data management activities for constituent data platforms
Analyze and address errors in data sync logs
Create and manage Salesforce CRM user accounts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in non-profit industry with Salesforce CRM (NPSP) knowledge
Experience with Marketing Cloud, DonorDrive, Form Assembly is a plus
Experience providing technical support to remote field staff
