Key Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly research processes and reports, including data collection and distribution
• Build economic models and process automation using Python
• Collect and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, statistics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Python; experience with SQL or R is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience or interest in the housing or real estate industry is helpful
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage competing priorities
