Data Analyst - Epic Reporting

Job Summary

To support HealthPartners' mission of enhancing healthcare experiences, the full-time hybrid Data Analyst - Epic Reporting will analyze, validate, and visualize data to inform decision-making, collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver impactful reporting and analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with domain experts and business groups to model, clean, and integrate data for effective problem-solving
• Create and maintain interactive data visualizations in collaboration with other analysts
• Participate in strategic measurement activities, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and quality

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year of experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
• Experience in extracting, integrating, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
