Key Responsibilities

• Gather and develop business and technical requirements through collaboration with stakeholders
• Create high-quality documentation including Business Requirements Documents and System Design documents
• Drive the design and implementation of data reporting applications for Medicaid/Healthcare operations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst focused on data reporting applications, preferably in healthcare
• 7+ years writing Business System and Process Change/Design Documents
• 5+ years driving business/technical requirements with diverse stakeholders
• 7+ years of independent experience in test script execution and user procedure development
• 2+ years of experience in an Agile project-based environment
