Data Analyst for Experimentation

Job Summary

Supporting the Party at the Polls program, the full-time temporary Experimentation Data Analyst will manage randomized control trials and A/B testing efforts while ensuring compliance with experimental protocols in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining clear and accurate data tables that adhere to rigorous experimental design standards
• Analyzing post-election data to provide insights into the effectiveness of programming
• Cutting and delivering engagement universes in compliance with the learning agenda

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an analyst role or significant quantitative coursework
• Proficiency in SQL is required
• Experience with R or Python, and BigQuery is preferred
• Familiarity with geographic data analysis and experimental design is preferred
• Conceptual understanding of statistics and randomized controlled trials
