Data Analyst for Healthcare Billing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prospective Payment Agreement Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, cleanse, and validate cost/utilization datasets for PHS and NOAA PPAs
• Develop standardized cost model templates and perform quarterly analyses
• Produce management reports and collaborate on policy memoranda and training resources

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Health Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years in healthcare cost accounting/reimbursement or revenue cycle analytics
• Expertise in Excel and knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
• Experience with MEPRS or large patient level cost datasets
• Proven ability to convey complex financial or analytical models in concise deliverables
