Job Summary
Working remotely in a contract role, the Data Analyst for HR will collaborate with recruiting and business partners to identify reporting needs, optimize SQL queries for data preparation, and create interactive Power BI reports to track recruiting effectiveness and hiring trends.
Key responsibilities
- Identify reporting needs and translate them into analytics solutions in collaboration with recruiting and business partners
- Write and optimize SQL queries to prepare data for reporting and analysis
- Create interactive Power BI reports and deliver insights through dashboards and presentations for various audiences
Required qualifications
- Experience in Talent Acquisition analytics or recruiting operations, with knowledge of hiring processes and KPIs
- Strong SQL skills with experience in handling large datasets
- Expertise in developing Power BI visualizations and dashboards
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS and developing executive communications
