Key Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to define goals and uncover performance drivers through data analysis
• Collect, cleanse, validate, and synthesize data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy
• Create dashboards and presentations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven analytical experience with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in analytical tools: Excel, SQL, Smartsheet, and visualization platforms (Tableau preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Teams and SharePoint
• Experience in commercial real estate analytics is highly valued
