Key Responsibilities

Analyze integrated datasets to extract value and influence business decisions
Support execution of large-scale projects and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities
Design, test, and implement process enhancements while managing multiple tasks under supervision

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
0-2 years of experience with large databases and data management
Working knowledge of SQL/query languages
Preferred knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
Familiarity with claims payment and risk adjustment for government-sponsored healthcare is desired
