A company is looking for a Performance Research Data Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Python and SQL to enhance automation capabilities and produce automated client reporting
• Take ownership of monthly plan sponsor analytic reports and support research efforts with increasing responsibilities
• Mine claims and digital data to understand data capabilities and limitations for analyses while partnering with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Background in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Economics
• 1+ years of experience with Python and SQL
• 1+ years of experience in programming and data analysis with an independent, curious mindset
• Experience maintaining project documentation and interpreting analytic results
• Familiarity with statistical concepts, such as regression modeling and hypothesis testing
