Data Analyst I
Job Summary
Supporting the analytics team remotely, the full-time Data Analyst I will create basic reports, assist with dashboards, perform data validation, and contribute to analytical projects under guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses while assisting with data extraction and validation
- Support larger analytics projects and contribute visual components for reporting, ensuring adherence to governance standards
- Gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications while acting as a liaison between business units and technical partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in analytics or reporting
- Basic SQL knowledge and exposure to Tableau or similar BI tools and Excel
- Ability to perform descriptive analytics and identify trends and anomalies
- Preferred experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
