Data Analyst I
Job Summary
Transforming pharmacy and healthcare data into actionable insights, the full-time remote PBM Data Analyst I will manage data collection, analytics, and reporting to enhance pharmacy benefit program performance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and analyze data from various pharmacy-related sources to support reporting and insights
- Write and optimize SQL queries and create dashboards using business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and ensure data governance compliance
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 2+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in healthcare or PBM analytics
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or SQL Server
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and familiarity with data governance standards
