Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement reporting solutions aligned with People Analytics goals
Develop an automation strategy and create clear data visualizations for stakeholders
Create routine and ad-hoc reports, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2 years' experience, or 6 years' experience in lieu of degree
Experience with Workday, Prism, and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Alteryx
Demonstrated adaptability, proficiency in consultative skills, and storytelling with data
