Data Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst II responsible for handling complex data requests and reports while performing predictive data modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze health management programs, including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement
• Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL, and interface with senior management and stakeholders
• Assist with training lower-level Data Analysts and manage multiple projects while communicating risks and issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience, or 1+ year of related IT experience
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and DBT is preferred
• Knowledge of data warehouse, coding, or ETL processes is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple projects and timelines effectively
