Data Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst II responsible for handling analytical data needs and complex data requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze health management programs, including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement
• Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL, and interface with senior management and stakeholders
• Assist with training lower-level Data Analysts and manage multiple projects while communicating risks and issues to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
• 1+ years of related IT experience, including data warehouse, coding, or ETL experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
• Experience with financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data is preferred
