Data Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst II to deliver analytics that support decision-making across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across Marketing, People, and Finance to provide trusted analytics and insights
• Support workforce analytics, including tracking attrition and acceptance rates
• Write and maintain SQL-based analyses to support reporting and ad-hoc investigations

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
• Experience with analytics engineering concepts and tools such as dbt
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards and reports in BI tools
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle moderately complex analytical problems
