Data Analyst II

Job Summary

As a remote Data Analyst II, the successful candidate will analyze, design, and build reporting and insights to support the BI team in providing accessible mental health care, focusing on creating impactful dashboards and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards, developing data models from multiple sources
• Analyze historical data to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations aligned with key priorities
• Act as a liaison between the business and Engineering to advocate for improvements in data capabilities

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
• Fluency in SQL at an intermediate level, with experience in dbt or data modeling preferred
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders
• Curiosity and self-starter mentality, capable of solving ambiguous problems using data
