Job Summary
Owning measurement, analyses, and experimentation across the customer journey, the full-time remote Data Analyst II will design A/B tests, analyze campaign effectiveness, and surface insights that influence customer engagement and business strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with product and marketing teams to design and analyze A/B tests and measure campaign incrementality
- Investigate anomalies in results, validating tracking and segmenting outcomes to determine their significance
- Monitor performance metrics to proactively identify opportunities and flag issues affecting customer engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in product or marketing support
- Experience designing experiments and measurement frameworks, including statistical analysis and communication of findings
- Strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as Databricks, BigQuery, and Tableau
- Fluency in AI tools to enhance analysis and automate processes
