Data Analyst II

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert on assigned data domains, the full-time remote Data Analyst II will partner with stakeholders to define metrics and reporting needs, develop scalable analytical solutions, and support enterprise reporting and ad hoc analysis to improve business understanding and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Determine and evaluate business metrics to meet organizational needs and translate business questions into analytical approaches
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python, build repeatable analytical workflows, and produce ad hoc reports from multiple data sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs while assisting stakeholders in interpreting data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field preferred; or 4+ years of experience in data analytics
• Experience creating reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Tableau
• Experience in designing and delivering secure, reliable data pipelines and curated data models
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
