Job Summary
To support the legal operations team, the full-time Data Analyst II will analyze payroll and HR data, provide insights for class action damages estimates, and collaborate with attorneys and clients, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze timekeeping, payroll, and HRIS information to generate insights and class action damages estimates
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to interpret data and present findings in various formats
- Manage personal deadlines and ensure timely completion of project steps while maintaining high-quality billable work
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of Data Analyst experience or 2+ years of Labor & Employment analysis experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with R, Python, and/or VBA
- Familiarity with Employment Law and payroll/HRIS systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities effectively
