Data Analyst II
Job Summary
To support analytical projects, the remote contract Data Analyst II will analyze business requirements, manage data processes, and collaborate with Product Owners and BI Developers while working Eastern Time hours and being located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Illinois.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements to guide data modeling and establish data structures
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop necessary documentation for analytical projects
- Support the development, testing, and maintenance of data pipelines and models, ensuring alignment with changing business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in Data Engineering/Modeling
- 3+ years of experience in Database Design
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python and PySpark
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies like Azure and GCP
