Job Summary
Partnering closely with Marketing and business stakeholders, the full-time remote Data Analyst II - Marketing Analytics will evaluate performance, analyze customer behavior and acquisition, and support testing and measurement to drive actionable insights for business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders on customer and marketing analytics to answer key business questions and improve performance
- Interpret data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities across acquisition, retention, and marketing performance
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards, while conducting ad-hoc analyses to evaluate marketing tactics and customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field such as Statistics, Economics, or Marketing Analytics
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or business analysis supporting cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets, including data extraction and quality checks
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and interpreting results to enhance marketing outcomes
